Consulting rooms for allied health, medical and therapy practitioners are available in our established clinic. We currently have sessional, full time and part time room availability. Eastbourne Professional Suites has been designed to provide a quiet, confidential and professional space to work for allied health, alternative health and medical practitioners. Our building, Eastbourne House, is a beautiful heritage building in quiet part of East Melbourne and less than 1km from the CBD. Trams 75 and 48 are at our door, and trains to Jolimont station are just a few minutes walk away. Surrounding streets contain accessible 1 and 2 hour unmetered parking for your clients. We are a established practice, and our consulting rooms range in size from 12 to 18 square meters and are fully furnished to a very high standard (also available unfurnished). Our recent renovation provides you with an elegant but modern environment in which to consult. With many practitioners from allied health, medical and mental health disciplines you will be surrounded by others who appreciate a well-respected and resourced environment in which to base your practice. Availability options: We offer a number of options for practitioners to join our group from renting ½ and full days, to your own room full time. Reception is open form 8am to 7pm to meet and greet clients. There is building access 24 hours, 7 days per week - so you can work early mornings, or late into the evening. High quality furnishing and fittings including couches, desks, chairs and artwork. Business facilities including phone system, fax and colour photocopier. Highest rating sound insulation (in walls and ceilings) for private and discrete consulting. Natural light to every room with garden or CBD views; most rooms have windows that open. Super high speed 100mbps internet. Large kitchen area with table, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, etc. Professional cleaning every day. Separate male and female toilets. Two client waiting lounges.
